Services
1 - Receive detailed brief from Contractor

From receiving the initial brief, Buildwise marketing will establish and identify the current and future needs of the contractor, expectations and time frame. Based on the briefing, a detailed marketing proposal will be compiled and sent to the contractor setting out the strategy and cost-effective benefits of the tender invitation service.
4 - Forward Tender Invitations to Contractor

Buildwise marketing will forward the Tender Invitation details to the Contractor for suitability and whether the contractor wishes to submit a quotation for the works or otherwise. Subject to this an email of confirmation will be sent directly to the client confirming the contractor is in agreement to submit a quotation by the tender requested return date
2 - Research and identify Contract leads

For projects of residential type extensions, renovations, single new builds and small commercial work to major multi-residential and large new build projects, we will research and target valuable contract leads from minor to major projects which can include listed buildings, groundworks and Demolition at current or future Planning approval stages.
5 - Contractor Prepares the Estimate

The contractor having received the tender invitation from Buildwise marketing will establish that all estimating details and drawings are available for finalising the quotation/tender. Should more information be needed the contractor makes direct contact with the Architect or Client in order to proceed to the final estimating stage and meet the tender return date
3 - Secure Tender Invitations

Buildwise marketing will make regular contact with Architects, Quantity Surveyors and other valued professional contacts, introducing and promoting their Contractor clients for the purpose of receiving tender enquiries. In addition and where made possible, appointments can be set up for the Contractor to attend meetings with potential clients at pre-tender stages.

6 - Contractor Submits the Tender Offer

The contractor completes and finalises their estimate, submiting the quotation/tender bid directly to the client by the required return date and sends a copy to Buildwise marketing in order for a phone call to be made later to the Architect or client to establish whether the contractor's tender bid submission was being considered for acceptance or otherwise
